Build your career and Australia’s future.
Not many people can say they are working on building Australia’s future. With us you’ll be doing just that, leaving a legacy for all Australians. Plus, there’s equal employment, great training, and true flexible working arrangements.
A bit about your role
As the Sales Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering joint sales and marketing strategies that bring nbn’s products to life in the market. Reporting to the General Manager Telstra, you will work closely with Telstra to design and execute initiatives that strengthen relationships and drive growth. This is a role where your ability to influence, collaborate, and create alignment will make a tangible impact on how Australians experience connectivity.
You will lead programs that integrate data-driven insights with creative marketing execution, ensuring strategies resonate with customers and deliver measurable outcomes. From co-branded campaigns to leveraging digital channels, you will bring clarity and confidence to complex go-to-market activities. Your work will not only optimise performance but also foster trust and partnership across senior stakeholders.
A bit about you
You are a strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset, someone who thrives on building relationships and creating shared success. With proven experience in account management within large, complex organisations, you have a proven ability to influence at the highest levels and inspire alignment across diverse teams. Your background includes marketing expertise—particularly in co-branded activities and digital engagement—and you are confident navigating go-to-market strategies from concept to execution. Previous experience working with or in Telstra would be highly regarded.
You combine strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach, using your strong analytical skills to uncover opportunities and articulate them with clarity. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to engage confidently with senior executives and lead conversations that drive outcomes. You are organised, resilient, and passionate about delivering positive customer experiences through meaningful engagement. Above all, you bring a sense of purpose and collaboration to everything you do, ensuring that every initiative contributes to nbn’s vision of connecting Australia.
