The gig

As a Sales Consultants/Representatives with Healthengine, you’ll play a critical role in improving how Australian’s connect with their primary care providers. Your mission is to understand the unique customer needs, convert opportunities into sales and bring new customers into our marketplace. By matching our subscription-based products and services with customer needs, you’ll not only close deals but contribute to health outcomes across Australia.

This phone-based sales role is supported by a great product and a growing market, with the work environment designed for you to succeed and hit your targets from day one. Whilst you will have the benefit of working qualified inbound leads generated by our Marketing team, your tenacious outbound activity will put you in the driver’s seat to exceed targets and be rewarded.

Responsibilities:

  • Get busy on the phones chatting to practice owners and staff, educating potential customers on Healthengine marketplace and products 

  • Act on and convert inbound leads into paying Healthengine subscribers

  • Proactively engage in outbound calls to identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • Maintain quality data in Salesforce for timely & accurate reporting

  • Maintain a positive customer journey, ensuring a speedy yet smooth handover to our Customer teams

  • Maintain a focus on achieving individual and team targets

  • Participate in team development and cultural activities 

  • Maintain strong relationships with our Customer Success, Support and Marketing teams

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Healthcare landscape 

  • Demonstrate an ability to close sales and overcome customer objections with a consultative, solution approach to selling

  • Expertly manage a healthy pipeline and achieve a high conversion on leads

  • Identify opportunities and key selling signals

  • Demonstrate a track record in driving successful outbound sales efforts

  • Be resilient - let's face it, sales is highly rewarding but can be challenging at times

  • Possess a technical aptitude, a strong work ethic and be a self starter
