 Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Account Management

  • Develop and execute sales strategy aligned with company goals and market dynamics
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for strategic accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
  • Sponsor and lead RFPs and Build-to-Suit opportunities in collaboration with Solutions Engineering.

Strategic Leadership & Market Development

  • Define and execute the APAC sales strategy aligned with global objectives and regional market dynamics.
  • Lead business development efforts to identify, evaluate, and secure new site opportunities across APAC.
  • Represent Vantage at industry forums, conferences, and client engagements to elevate brand presence and thought leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Site Selection, New Site Development, Engineering, Construction, and Operations to ensure seamless execution and customer alignment.
  • Work closely with Commercial and Finance teams to optimize deal structures, pricing strategies, and business cases.
  • Drive internal alignment to deliver best-in-class outcomes for customers while maximizing value for Vantage.

Intelligence & Innovation

  • Gather and disseminate market intelligence to inform site selection, product development, and competitive positioning.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement across sales processes, customer engagement, and solution delivery.

Team Development & Culture

  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing regional sales team.
  • Model and promote the Vantage Way and company values across all interactions and initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record in data center, cloud infrastructure, or related sectors, with deep understanding of development, engineering, and delivery.
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including regional or global roles.
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder deals and negotiations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinker with operational agility and a solutions-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working across time zones, cultures, and organizational boundaries.
  • Strong IT proficiency and familiarity with CRM, analytics, and collaboration tools.
