Job Description

As the Client Reporting Coordinator, you are responsible for delivering high-quality reporting, insights, data analysis, and sales support to the SEEK Corporate Sales segment. This role is pivotal in driving business growth and strengthening client relationships through accurate and actionable data-driven insights. By leveraging data and analytics, the Client Reporting Coordinator supports the strategic objectives and growth initiatives of the business unit.

Key responsibilities 

  • Prepare Annual Account Reviews and support the 6-month account review process
  • Fulfill all contractual reporting requirements for Field Sales hirers
  • Gather and analyse client, industry, and market intelligence to provide actionable insights for the sales team and hirers
  • Create a suite of standard presentations and templates for the sales team to customize for individual hirers
  • Develop industry insight presentations across various corporate sub-sectors (e.g., Banking & Financial Services, Retail, Mining)
  • Support with other ad-hoc team initiatives and requirements.

Qualifications

  • High level analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to produce data and insights reports on employment, market, and sector trends
  • Experience in servicing high-profile/key client portfolios within a fast-paced sales environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven organisational, administration, and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities autonomously and proactively
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
