Community Sales Support Representative,

This role will be mainly involved in driving the growth and acceleration of Advanced Wound Management (AWM) products in the Community Channel.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage third party pricing  and price remittance claim with wholesalers.
  • Manage and review trace sales data from wholesalers and load into Power BI
  • Manage customer and product mapping for trace sales data that has been received from wholesalers and load into Power BI
  • Provide Territory Managers and Business Development Executives with Power BI support.
  • Support Business Development Executives with rebate templates for corporate agreements and pricing approvals.
  • Maintain and update master list of corporate customer sites and bed numbers.
  • Complete product conversations for tenders and corporate customers
  • Process rebates for corporate agreements, price remittance and wholesaler promotions
  • Manage corporate agreement rebate trackers.
  • Complete product substitutions for tenders and new business opportunities
  • Complete pricing submission for tenders and new business opportunities

What will you need to be successful?

  • Tertiary qualifications in science or a business-related discipline would be preferred.
  • Good understanding or interest in working in the community channel will be required.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
