What You'll Do

  • Deliver Salesforce Field Service assistance throughout Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, ensuring smooth operations.

  • Offer technical gaming knowledge, and support to the Service Administration team.

  • Detect, document, and explore opportunities and problems within Salesforce Field Service.

  • Generate and provide Salesforce reports to various business areas.

  • Maintain and deliver comprehensive Salesforce training to users, ensuring they use the platform effectively.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Salesforce knowledge and experience, with a focus on Field Service.

  • Sound knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

  • Familiarity with Electronic Gaming Machines is a plus.

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement improvements.

  • Strong communication abilities, capable of providing training and assistance to diverse teams.

  • Ambitious, diligent, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
