About the Role

Lendi Group is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Sydney based cross-functional digital team, collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Design to bridge business needs with technology solutions, drive impactful changes, propose and document solutions, and define end-to-end user stories for frontend and backend development in an agile environment

Job Description

  • Conduct and document detailed analysis, facilitate requirements elicitation activities to identify business requirement and translate into user stories.
  • Analyse and map business processes to Salesforce capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams (Engineering, Product, Design, QA) in remote and on-site settings.
  • Provide BAU support, including helpdesk ticket resolution.

Qualifications

  • Proven end-to-end Business Analyst experience within Agile Scrum.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to map them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and workflow automation.
  • Proficient in the use of JIRA and Confluence to manage requirements, track progress, and facilitate collaborative documentation across agile teams.
  • Able to work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.


Desirable Skills:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) are highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of the home loan application lifecycle, with a focus on lending-specific requirements.
