Salesforce Business AnalystThe primary goal of this role is to be the salesforce.com expert, empowering business users across Stryker South Pacific (SSP). You'll act as the crucial link between business super-users, the CRM team, and IT support—ensuring business needs are understood, met, and translated into effective training materials.With your outstanding business partnering skills and top-tier communication, you'll take the lead, driving efficiency, engagement, and seamless adoption of Salesforce solutions.NOTE: This is a 12 month contract opportunityThis position will be the salesforce.com Subject Matter Expert (SME) capturing and representing the Business user needs to ensure we leverage the solution for continual improvement opportunities and grow the Return on Investment in salesforce.com.Key areas of accountability:

  • Monitor site implementation of SFDC and provide mentoring, assistance and training to business users, identifying user training needs and devising and managing user training programs in conjunction with the super-users
  • During project phase and future iterations, be the coordination point and creator of User stories and User Acceptance Testing
  • Staying informed of each new release of Salesforce and other installed product releases  (3 times per year)  to leverage any new functionality to the business & complete prerelease Business User Acceptance testing.

Critical Requirements (eg: skills, experience, qualifications):Experience:

  • Salesforce.com
  • System Implementation within a multi-divisional organization is preferred

Skills:

  • Knowledge and understanding of solution administration
  • Knowledge and understanding of training frameworks, administration and delivery
  • Knowledge and understanding of Project Management Concepts and User Requirements gathering
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Presentation and workshop facilitation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions
  • Strong interpersonal skills, must be able to interact effectively at all levels of the company and handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.

Desirable Requirements (eg: skills, experience, qualifications):Skills:

  • SCRUM methodology is preferred/

Experience:

  • 3+ years Salesforce experience required.

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification (Desirable – not essential)
