Job Description

As our Salesforce Commerce Cloud Administrator, you will be the backbone of our day-to-day operations, ensuring our systems run smoothly and our data remains pristine. This entry-to-mid-level position is designed for a motivated professional who has already built a solid foundation in Salesforce and is ready to apply their Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) experience to a fast-paced retail environment. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our CRM and our online store, providing the essential technical support that keeps our digital storefront performing at its peak.

In this role, you will be responsible for the "health" of our platform, from managing user permissions and data audits to maintaining the workflows and page layouts that our teams rely on. Beyond standard administration, you will take an active hand in storefront management—updating product listings, configuring promotions within Commerce Cloud, and monitoring the vital sync between systems. Working closely with our remote Salesforce Developer, you will assist in testing new features and documenting requirements, making this a premier opportunity to expand your SFCC expertise within a supportive team.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should bring a blend of technical curiosity, a meticulous eye for detail, and a practical understanding of eCommerce architecture. We are looking for someone who is comfortable navigating the complexities of the Salesforce ecosystem and understands how back-end configurations impact the front-end customer experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • SFCC Experience: You have hands-on experience working within Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including managing product listings, pricing updates, and storefront promotions.

  • Salesforce Foundations: You possess a clear understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, and report building. A Salesforce Associate or Admin certification is highly regarded.

  • Technical Aptitude: You are a quick learner who is comfortable monitoring system integrations and troubleshooting how different platforms "talk" to each other.

  • Precision: You have an "eagle eye" for accuracy, catching the typos, duplicates, and data mismatches that others might overlook.

  • Communication: You can translate technical steps into easy-to-follow instructions for users and provide clear, concise notes to our development team.

Would you like me to add a section for "Bonus Skills," such as experience with specific integration tools or ticketing systems like Jira?
