Job DescriptionWe are building a next-generation Salesforce practice in Australia. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-calibre team at an early stage of growth, focused on delivering some of the most complex, large-scale transformation programs in the country.
We are looking for a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Lead who thrives on complexity. You won't just be configuring a storefront; you’ll be architecting digital commerce ecosystems that integrate deeply with Communications Cloud, legacy billing systems, and modern payment gateways. What You’ll Be Doing
End-to-End Delivery: Own the full SDLC, from leading discovery and fit-gap workshops to design, build, and final deployment.
OOTB-First Architecture: Design scalable, sustainable solutions that prioritise out-of-the-box functionality while knowing exactly when and how to build custom extensions.
Complex Integration: Architect and build critical integrations with external platforms, including Order Management (OMS), Billing, Payments, and Enterprise Service Busses (MuleSoft).
Collaborative Leadership: Work seamlessly within cross-functional teams comprising Architects, BAs, and Integration Engineers, often across onshore/offshore delivery models.
DevOps Advocacy: Contribute to modern DevOps practices, including Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high-quality release management.
Core Expertise:
Salesforce Commerce Cloud: Deep experience with B2C or B2B Commerce, including storefront development and complex third-party integrations.
Communications Cloud (High Priority): A strong understanding of the Telco industry model, including CPQ and Enterprise Order Management.
Platform Breadth: A solid foundation in Sales and Service Cloud.
Integration: Hands-on experience using APIs to connect Salesforce to the wider enterprise (MuleSoft experience is highly preferred).
Professional Background:
The SI Edge: You have a proven track record working within a Consulting or Systems Integration (SI) environment.
Delivery Mindset: You are used to the pace and rigour of large-scale digital transformation programs.
Stakeholder Mastery: Ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions while managing senior stakeholder expectations.
