Qualifications
Extensive Consulting Experience: You have extensive experience in the CRM/Salesforce ecosystem, including in a client-facing consulting role, and hold a relevant certifications.
End-to-End Solution Expertise: You have a proven track record of success across the entire project lifecycle, from leading pre-sales activities (scoping, estimating, proposals, client presentations) to providing strategic architectural oversight during delivery.
Deep Salesforce Knowledge: You possess a strong technical command of the Salesforce platform, especially the core Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. Relevant certifications (like Application or System Architect) are highly desirable.
Executive Presence & Influence: You are an exceptional communicator with a natural ability to lead executive-level workshops, manage senior stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor who translates business goals into technical reality.
Leadership & Collaborative Spirit: You are a natural mentor who is passionate about coaching team members and have experience collaborating with global/offshore delivery teams to drive successful outcomes.
