Based on high customer demand we have created a new opportunity for an experienced SAP Consultant in Sales & Distribution. The primary focus of the SD role is on the delivery of project and support of SAP ERP Solutions, including S4/HANA Cloud, in a client-facing role.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Provide advice, assistance and design solutions to our customers in SAP through active engagement and relationship building with the business stakeholder in the SD module
  • Involvement in integration areas of cross-functional modules as PM, WM, MM and/or Finance
  • Support during the post Go-Live phase in SAP Cloud implementations
  • Management of client enquiries with regard to SAP Digital Supply Chain issues
  • Retaining ownership of customer issues until resolved or escalated
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software faults related to end-user devices
  • Respond to high-priority issues in a timely manner
  • Work closely with customers to analyse requirements and develop fit-for-purpose SAP solutions, leveraging industry and platform best practices
  • Configuration of the relevant components of the solution
  • Provide end-user support and training within the SAP SD module
  • Testing and Data Migration activities
  • Continuously improve upon the business experience and identify solutions where efficiencies can be achieved

Your qualifications and experience

  • At least seven years of experience in a consulting environment
  • Deep understanding of Sales, Distribution, and Logistics business processes
  • Strong experience in S/4HANA, including full-cycle implementations and upgrade, cloud experience would be an additional advantage
  • Proficiency in Business Process Designing, Blueprinting, Configuration, Unit & Integration testing, Training, Documentation & Production support
  • Ability to manage own workload independently in a dynamic environment
  • Effective CRM skills
  • Business professional English skills
