We are looking for a permanent SAP EAM Functional Consultant with extensive hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) modules. In this pivotal role, you will lead and participate in the full lifecycle of SAP EAM implementation projects, from initial assessment and blueprinting to configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

You'll be instrumental in translating complex business requirements into robust SAP solutions, optimizing critical asset management processes like preventive and planned maintenance, maintenance order management, spare parts management, and asset lifecycle management. This role demands a strong functional understanding of SAP S/4HANA EAM, Fiori apps, and Intelligent Asset Management technologies, including IoT, Analytics, AI, and Predictive Maintenance, to enable true digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or participate in the full lifecycle of SAP EAM implementation projects, including assessment, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support of SAP EAM solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, perform gap analysis, and map business processes to SAP EAM functionalities.
• Implement and optimize enterprise asset management processes such as preventive maintenance, planned maintenance, maintenance order management, Spare parts Management, work clearance, and asset lifecycle management.
• Integrate SAP EAM with other modules like Finance, Materials Management (MM), Customer Service (CS), and external systems such as GIS, qTrac, NSM and scheduling tools.
• Utilize SAP S/4HANA, FIORI apps, and Intelligent Asset Management technologies including IoT, Analytics, AI, and Predictive Maintenance to enable digital transformation of asset-intensive organizations.
• Prepare functional specifications, process design documents, training materials, and support documentation.
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot production issues related to SAP EAM.
• Lead workshops, blueprinting sessions, and client engagements to ensure alignment of SAP solutions with strategic goals.
• Drive innovation by adopting new technologies and cloud solutions within the SAP EAM landscape.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management modules, including hands-on implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EAM, FIORI, Spare parts management & Its integration with Non-SAP Applications
• Expertise in asset-intensive industries such as utilities, manufacturing,  Telco.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with clients and technical teams.
• Experience with SAP integration points and enhancements (RICEFW objects).
• Skills in requirement gathering, business process mapping, gap analysis, and testing.
• Familiarity with cloud deployments and digital asset management innovations is a plus
