We are currently seeking an SAP Master Data Coordinator to join our team based in Macquarie Park, NSW on a 6 month contract. Reporting to the Digital Platforms Manager, this role is responsible for optimizing SAP account data to improve master data management and governance. This includes creating new accounts, maintaining accurate account hierarchies while ensuring proper alignment of Business Partner relationships within the SAP ERP and CRM systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing existing SAP accounts to identify those that need to be archived based on usage, activity, and business relevance.
  • Overseeing the creation, maintenance, and governance of master data in SAP and related Asset management systems.
  • Documenting and reporting on the criteria for archiving accounts to ensure compliance and alignment with company policies.
  • Creating new SAP accounts as required, ensuring proper alignment within customer and organizational account hierarchies.
  • Maintaining accurate records of where accounts sit in the hierarchy, ensuring all changes are documented and communicated effectively.
  • Establishing and maintaining Business Partner  relationships within the SAP ERP system.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of relationships in the SAP CRM system to ensure they mirror the ERP setup.
  • Ensuring consistency in data across both systems to enhance reporting and operational efficiency.

Key skills required include:

  • Qualifications in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with SAP ERP (E/3) and SAP CRM systems
  • Proven experience in account management and relationship maintenance within SAP environments
  • Familiarity with account hierarchies and business processes in SAP
  • Experience with data migration and merging within SAP systems is highly preferred
  • Understanding of general business processes, sales cycles and customer relationship management highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP reporting tools
