About the Role
Working as part of a cross-functional team, you deliver the RDQ activities required to complete new product development, portfolio maintenance, and/or productivity projects, with an emphasis on meeting the desired consumer experience.
How you will contribute
Based at the Ringwood and Scoresby site, this role focuses on executing projects across our confectionery and meal portfolio. With end-to-end R&D ownership, you will manage projects from initial planning and benchwork through to execution, including the review of ingredients and specifications. You will coordinate with the cross functional team, manufacturing partners and external manufacturers while managing key stakeholders and evaluating products.
You will also undertake development activities, including shelf-life testing and consumer test preparation, produce technical reports with clear conclusions and recommendations, and create and maintain accurate consumer-led specifications.

- Working on teams and independently with the guidance of a manager.
