The SDR & Account Executive will generate interest in products, qualify leads, manage inbound requests, and close deals with clients in the Pharma industry.

Responsibilities:
- OUTBOUND:
- Generate interest in Viseven products & services by proactively reaching out to prospects via digital channels and calls.
- Research and analyze market trends, target companies, and buyer persona.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects and potential partners.
- Act as a consultant and identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Run meetings with prospects and potential partners to generate interest and define pains and come up with relevant solutions.
- Work with the CRM: collect, monitor, and update information, checking if data is accurate.
- Qualify or disqualify leads and set up meetings for Account Executives to close sales. Handoff leads as per approved flow.
- Maximize your LinkedIn profile and grow your network.
- Report on results to the Deputy and Unit Head.
- INBOUND:
- Process inbound requests during the assigned working hours.
- Process MQLs within 2 hours of initial contact.
- Proactively reach out to marketing-qualified contacts to generate interest and create the context for developing new opportunities.
- Follow the Outbound list of activities.
- Reply to customer inbound (incoming) calls.
- PROJECTS CLOSING AND CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT:
- Develop opportunities with potential and existing clients.
- Generate new opportunities (new revenue streams) in the entrusted Clients.
- Close deals by preparing & pitching proposals for the UVP to potential and existing Clients.
- Sign MSA, SOW, and initiate Project team allocation for the projects after receiving PoS.
- Be a consultant for a Client in all business-related matters.
- Build trustful relations with the Client.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Japanese language proficiency (Native / Advanced level)
- English language proficiency (Native / Advanced level) is a must
- Knowledge and understanding of business development, sales, accounts, or product management
- Ability to learn and retain new information quickly
- Ability to handle multitasking productively
- Advanced communication and presentation skills
- Great team player: optimistic, organized, flexible, helpful
Will be considered as a Competitive Advantage:
