KBR is expanding rapidly across Australia’s buildings sector—and we’re looking for an influential, energised Sector Lead – Buildings to shape the next phase of our growth.

As a sector leader within KBR, you’ll guide and execute our strategy across diverse markets, including Health, Education, Corrections, Aviation, Events, Commercial, Industrial and Land Development. You’ll own client relationships, drive major pursuits, and be hugely influential in one of KBR’s most strategically significant portfolios.

This is a chance to make a large‑scale impact—locally and nationally—supported by a globally recognised engineering, technology and advisory organisation.

What you’ll be doing

  • Set and lead a multi‑year strategy to strengthen KBR’s presence across the buildings market.
  • Drive business development, identify growth opportunities, and personally lead strategic bids and project pursuits.
  • Cultivate and influence across government and private sectors, positioning KBR as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
  • Oversee delivery of a complex portfolio—ensuring project excellence in safety, schedule, commercial performance and client satisfaction.
  • Shape culture, contribute to a high‑performance, values‑driven environment.
