As a Product Manager in IMOS (Investment Middle Offices Services) , you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Business Development: Respond to new deal activities, including crafting responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to capture new business opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in defining the global product strategy to align with company goals and market demands.
- Product Roadmap: Drive the product roadmap by defining and implementing service offerings in response to evolving market trends, client requirements, geographical expansions, and regulatory changes. Collaborate with Product Development on roadmap development.
- Marketing and Development: Collaborate on the creation of marketing materials and partner with Product Development to innovate and expand our product portfolio.
- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate potential and open risks and issues within the business to ensure stability and compliance.
- Decision Making: Act as an escalation point and decision-maker on client change agendas, ensuring that any service changes are understood, necessary, and beneficial to our platform.
- Financial Oversight: Assist in managing the product's Profit & Loss (P&L)
- Operational Excellence: Review and enhance the operating model and technology, collaborating with Operations and Technology teams to deliver a market-leading offering.
- Training and Education: Develop and deliver training materials and educational programs to enhance broader team and stakeholder knowledge and skills.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
