Security Officer (NV1 Cleared)
We are seeking professional and customer-focused Security Officers who hold a current NV1 Security Clearance, NSW Security Licence, and current Australian Driver's Licence to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering exceptional customer service. You will represent MSS Security with professionalism and integrity while working across government and high-security environments.
Your responsibilities will include:
Access control and visitor management
Conducting foot and vehicle patrols
Monitoring CCTV and alarm systems
Responding to incidents and emergencies
Completing accurate incident reports and shift documentation
Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
Ensuring compliance with site procedures and security protocols
Liaising with emergency services and key stakeholders when required
You will have:
Current NSW Security Licence
Current NV1 Security Clearance
Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service focus
High attention to detail
Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Intermediate computer skills
