About the role

MSS Security is seeking highly capable, decisive, and professional Rapid Response Security Officer to join our elite team supporting a prestigious banking client across Sydney’s CBD.

This is not a standard security role. You will be the first point of contact in high-pressure situations, trusted to respond rapidly, assess risk, and take control when incidents occur. Operating across multiple sites, often at short notice, you will play a critical role in maintaining safety, protecting assets, and ensuring continuity of operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rapid deployment across multiple CBD sites as operational needs arise

  • Act as the primary responder to alarms, incidents, and emergencies

  • Assess situations quickly and implement appropriate actions with confidence

  • Deliver calm, professional, and customer-focused service under pressure

  • Escort visitors and contractors in line with strict security protocols

  • Liaise effectively with site teams, supervisors, and emergency services

About You

You are calm under pressure, highly accountable, and capable of making critical decisions in real time. You bring:

  • Certificate II in Security Operations & current First Aid certification

  • A current NSW Security Licence

  • Proven ability to think clearly and act decisively in emergencies

  • High adaptability with the flexibility to work across multiple CBD locations

  • Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism

  • Impeccable presentation and attention to detail

  • Solid computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems

  • NV1 Clearance (Preferred but not mandatory)
