Role Purpose: As the Senior Account Director, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the team and client, ensuring the successful delivery and execution of campaign rollouts. You will contribute to shaping and refining marketing initiatives and strategies under the guidance of the Group Account Director/Managing Partner. You will provide guidance and mentorship to your account team, ensuring all key deliverables are executed with precision, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day running of the account, ensuring successful campaign delivery and execution.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and manage resources to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients in strategic planning and campaign development.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Manage end-to-end project management processes, including WIPs, project plans, financials, and timelines.
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth within existing client accounts and participate in new business pitches.

Essential Experience:

  • Strong experience within an agency or client-side environment, across campaign development, marketing solutions, creative, production, and rollout.
  • Proven track record of leading the delivery of industry-recognised campaigns.
  • Experience collaborating with strategy, creative, and production teams.
  • Ability to shape and shepherd innovative ideas through account service and project delivery.

Critical Knowledge:

  • Comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses, industries, goals, customers, and marketing objectives.
  • Strong financial management and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software such as Office 365, Workbook, and Salesforce.
