We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Senior Account Manager with our awesome team in Sydney.

The role: 

As a Senior Account Manager, you will take responsibility and be the key day-to-day liaison between the Clients, Agency, and Partners. You will lead projects and campaigns with a variety of lifestyle brands through brand awareness, acquisition, retention, and life cycle. 

This role calls for a natural relationship builder with a sharp eye for detail and a feel for brand nuance – someone who can connect national strategy to local culture, ensuring every campaign feels seamless, authentic, and resonates with real customers. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver innovative, integrated solutions that address client briefs and business objectives. 

  • Manage project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard. 

  • Collaborate across the dentsu network to drive client value, identify growth opportunities and deliver seamless outcomes. 

  • Provide clear and accurate communication to clients, acting as a trusted day-to-day contact and ensuring alignment throughout projects. 

  • Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to pitches, process improvements and new ways of working. 

A Bit About You: 

  • Strong experience in a creative or integrated advertising agency, ideally as a Senior Account Manager or an Account Manager ready to step up. 

  • Solid understanding of integrated campaign delivery and production across multiple channels. 

  • Highly organised with excellent project management, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Creatively minded with a strong understanding of effective communications, industry trends and what drives great work. 

  • Proactive, collaborative and commercially savvy, with the ability to identify opportunities that deliver value for clients and the business.

Salary: $90,000 - 95,000 per year, inclusive of super
