Role Objective:

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be a key driver of client success, managing high-value campaigns and fostering long-term relationships. You’ll take ownership of client strategies, coordinate across internal teams, and deliver innovative marketing solutions that elevate brands. This role is suited for a proactive and detail-oriented professional eager to grow their career in a fast-paced, music and entertainment-focused environment.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Manage end-to-end campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across account management, creative collaboration, and event integration.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and grow strategic partnerships, identifying opportunities to deliver measurable value and ROI for clients.
  • Sponsorship & Brand Partnerships: Drive sponsorship opportunities, maximising brand activations and program success.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to craft strategic responses to briefs, ensuring deliverables meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage campaign budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.
  • Onsite Support: Serve as the primary onsite representative at events, providing hands-on support and building trust as the key client liaison.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of account management experience within creative agency or a similar role in a media publisher or experiential agency
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client accounts, with demonstrated success in sponsorships and brand partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of multichannel campaign execution, including digital, social media, and event activations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, organised working style, complemented by a high level of attention to detail.
