ABOUT THE JOB
As a Senior Administrative Assistant (AA) at Anduril, you will be an expert at time management and scheduling. Your primary focus will be on keeping our executives' calendars running smoothly and efficiently. This role requires an exceptional level of attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple schedules simultaneously. You will be the key point of contact for both internal team members and external parties, ensuring that scheduling needs are met with precision and care. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Calendar Management
- Provide calendar support to 4-5 executive-level team members
- Master the art of managing complex schedules across multiple time zones
- Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings with meticulous attention to detail
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize executives' time efficiently
Communication Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling-related communications
- Clearly communicate meeting details, changes, and updates to all relevant parties
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with essential stakeholders across the organization
- Participate in administrative team, providing calendar backup to other assistants as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in administrative roles with a strong focus on calendar management
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex schedules simultaneously
- Proficiency in scheduling software and tools, with experience managing calendars across different time zones
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent (e.g., GSuite)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting multiple executives in a corporate environment
- Familiarity with DoD contractor processes or tech start-up environments
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Adaptability to frequent changes and evolving priorities
- Ability to proactively identify potential problems and bring solutions to your executives
US Salary Range
$70,000—$105,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
