About us:

At CommBank, we never lose sight of the role we play in other people’s financial wellbeing. Our focus is to help people and businesses move forward, to progress. To make the right financial decisions and achieve their dreams, targets, and aspirations. Regardless of where you work within our organization, your initiative, talent, ideas, and energy all contribute to the impact that we can make with our work. Together we can achieve great things.

Do work that matters:

People are a key part of CommBank’s strategy, and HR partners with our business units in building a vibrant, customer-focused, and high-integrity culture. Human Resources are the custodians of the employee lifecycle - from acquiring talent, through to leadership development and training, internal mobility, advising on employee relations, and delivering remuneration and benefits programs. Working in an agile model, the Change Enablement & Communications chapters lead the design, development and implementation of end-to-end engagement and communications; and change and activation activities within squads, to support the employee experience and successful delivery of simpler, better people initiatives, including signature HR processes, HR’s digital transformation program; ongoing process optimisation; and operating model embedding.

Role overview:

You have a passion for change and communications with superior written and stakeholder management skills honed through prior work on change and regulatory programs. As Senior Advisor Change Enablement & Communications, you will support the development and delivery of programs and initiatives that make it easier, simpler and faster for people to complete their HR transactions, ensuring they’re in the best position to look after our customers. This includes drafting and developing communications and support material, supporting the coordination and deployment of Group-wide internal HR communications and engagement campaigns, working across a variety of communications channels to make a real impact, facilitating change working group sessions and supporting training for impacted teams and employees.

See yourself in our team:

The Change Enablement and Communications Chapters within Everyday People Services (EPS) are focused on enabling our people and leaders to make decisions that are informed by accurate, reliable, and relevant insights, and able to confidently, quickly, and easily take actions that reflect the behaviour we need to pursue excellence across our organisation. This includes focusing on our strategic priorities, including HR’s ongoing digital transformation, optimisation activities, and enabling effective, self-service HR solutions for employees, leaders, and key stakeholders across the Group. Reporting into the Change Communications chapter lead, you will work closely with stakeholders from across the HR function to deliver impactful change and communications programs that are consistent, CBA HR brand-aligned, and to drive action and adoption.
