Who is Quantium?

Quantium is a world leader in data science and artificial intelligence. Established in Australia in 2002, Quantium is a global team of more than 1,200 people across 14 locations with a unique blend of capabilities across product and consulting services to help businesses unlock value from data and analytics. Quantium partners with the world's largest corporations to forge a better, more intelligent world.

We're ALL in on AI - transforming ourselves into an AI-native organisation while helping our clients do the same. With 24 years of domain expertise, proprietary data partnerships, and industry-leading AI adoption (90% weekly active usage).

As a Senior, Partnerships, you'll be the operational backbone of Quantium's partnerships function - keeping the systems, records, and processes behind our partner ecosystem accurate and current. Reporting to the Executive, Head of Partnerships, you'll own day-to-day administration across partner portals, CRM hygiene, partner invoicing, and collateral. You are the operator who ensures deals are tracked, funding is invoiced on time, and partner information stays up to date.

How You'll Create Impact
  • Own partner portal management: Register, tag, and maintain all deals across partner portals (e.g. hyperscaler and AI platform portals), monitoring status and progression so records stay complete
  • Protect the partner relationship: Accept inbound partner referrals within portal SLAs, and resolve data discrepancies and missing information promptly
  • Keep our CRM accurate: Map and reconcile partner portal data to HubSpot, keeping partner systems and internal records consistent, and support data quality audits across partner records
  • Manage partner funding: Raise and issue funding invoices to partners on won deals, track funding entitlements, rebates, and incentives owed to Quantium, and work with finance on timely invoicing and reconciliation
  • Run our collateral engine: Maintain the partner product collateral database, coordinate and produce partner enablement materials as co-sell ramps, manage version control, and distribute updated collateral to internal teams
The superpowers you’ll be bringing to the team:
  • Detail-Oriented Operator: You bring a methodical, process-driven approach to everything you touch. You catch the discrepancies others miss, and you take pride in records that are accurate, complete, and current.
  • Systems Connector: You're comfortable reconciling data across multiple systems - portals, CRM, spreadsheets - and turning messy, scattered inputs into clean, trusted records everyone can rely on.
  • Reliable Executor: You're proactive and ownership-driven. Give you a commitment and it gets delivered accurately and on time, without needing to be chased.

Remember – you might not tick all the boxes, but don’t let that from stopping you applying. We’re more interested in how you work, your ability to solve problems and think big.

What could your Quantium Experience look like?

Working at Quantium means joining the forefront of AI transformation while owning the operational engine behind two of our most important partner relationships. You'll have real accountability for the accuracy and currency of our partner ecosystem, direct visibility into how partner-led revenue gets tracked and closed, and a genuine hand in equipping our teams with the collateral and enablement materials they need to sell.

Based in Sydney, this is a predominantly internal role with some partner contact, ideally suited to a detail-oriented, process-driven individual building a career in partnerships and sales operations - with a direct line of sight into how commercial outcomes get delivered.

By joining the Quantium team, you’ll get to:

  • Forge your path: So many of our team have moved around different teams or offices. You’ll be in the driver’s seat, and we empower you to make your career your own.
  • Find your kind: Embrace diversity and connect with your tribe (think foodies, dog lovers, readers, or runners).
  • Make an impact: Leave your mark. Your contributions resonate, regardless of your role or rank.

Benefits
On top of the Quantium Experience, you will enjoy a range of great benefits that go beyond the ordinary:

  • Flexible work arrangements: Achieve work-life balance at your own pace with hybrid and flexible work arrangements
  • Remote working: Embrace the opportunity to work outside of your assigned home location for up to 30 days every year.
  • AI-powered tools: Access to cutting-edge AI tools and training to enhance your productivity and capabilities
