As the Senior Analyst Components, you will be responsible for demand supply planning of rotables and repairables through the development of part forecasts, supply planning, inventory optimisations and order recommendations for aircraft spare parts.

In addition, the position will develop and maintain effective, regular communication with internal customers including Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to ensure the timely availability of aircraft parts and materials. The role involves actively monitoring supply chain and inventory KPIs—such as service levels, fill rates, and turnaround times—and proactively identifying and implementing solutions to address parts shortages, AOG risks, and service delivery issues.

You’ll have –

  • Experience and knowledge in Supply Chain, preferably in planning, purchasing or repairs
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, finance or logistics discipline
  • Proficient in company stand computer allocations such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP Systems
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • Customer focused and ability to build constructive and effective relationships
  • Ability to positively influence others in the achievement of operational objectives
  • Effective communication skills in both written and oral forms
  • Self-motivation and ability to work without supervision
  • Similar experience in an aviation environment (desirable)
