📍 Australia | Full-Time

Unisys, we're looking for a dynamic and experienced OCM Analyst to support the delivery of organisational change initiatives that help people embrace new ways of working, technology, and business transformation. You'll partner with OCM Managers and work with senior stakeholders, project teams, and business leaders to drive successful change adoption and deliver lasting outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support organisational change activities across large-scale transformation programs

  • Conduct change impact, readiness, and risk assessments

  • Develop and execute communication, engagement, and training strategies

  • Create compelling change communications and stakeholder engagement materials

  • Support monitoring adoption metrics and measuring change effectiveness

  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and training programs

  • Support leaders and teams through business and technology change initiatives

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of OCM practices and methodologies.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • 2-4 years' experience in Organisational Change Management or transformation roles

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Experience supporting the delivery of end-to-end change management activities

  • Ability to simplify complex information into clear and actionable messages

  • Experience developing communication, training, and adoption plans

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Psychology, HR, Organisational Development, or related discipline

  • Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification is highly regarded.

  • Australian Citizen, baseline clearance required.
