As a Senior Analyst Resource Planning, you will be responsible for evaluating immediate and future Cabin Crew and Flight Crew resourcing requirements to ensure they meet operational needs. You will analyse historical patterns and forecast demand to develop accurate resource plans that support decisions on training, leave, growth and labour mix. You will also identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce cost through more effective utilisation of crew resources. This role requires strong engagement with stakeholders and the delivery of clear, high‑quality analytical insights that support effective operational and strategic decision‑making.

You’ll have:

  • 3+ years of experience in planning & forecasting in a workforce planning / operations area
  • Highly developed analytic, strategic, lateral thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced numeracy skills with ability to analyse, interpret and present data-driven insights
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to turn strategy into deliverables that have a positive impact on the business
  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualifications in a logical and/or analytical discipline such as aviation, business, finance, economics, or mathematics
