Job Description Summary

We are looking for a Senior Analytics and Insights Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving data-led decision making, digital innovation and commercial excellence across the business.
In this role, you will work closely with brand teams, technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders to explore, develop and implement innovative digital and analytics solutions that address customer needs and create measurable business value. You will lead the delivery of multiple projects across a range of creative, marketing and digital channels, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to a high standard and against agreed KPIs.
You will act as a trusted partner to the business, providing analytics support, strategic consultancy and actionable insights to help shape product commercialisation, marketing strategy and sales operations.


 

Job Description

  • Lead the planning, development and delivery of analytics, insights and digital innovation projects across regional and global teams.

  • Partner with brand teams, technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into clear project plans.

  • Gather requirements and develop detailed project plans, timelines and estimates down to task level.

  • Manage multiple projects across design, development and production stages, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, quality standards and KPIs.

  • Provide analytics support and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.

  • Support commercialisation strategies through the delivery of proven, data-led analytics projects.

  • Proactively identify potential conflicts, risks and resource gaps, and work with the business to resolve them.

  • Act as the interface between global and local brand teams on project planning and delivery management.

  • Drive standardisation of reports and best practice sharing across brands and teams.

  • Manage and support a high-performing team, encouraging collaboration, efficiency and high-quality delivery.

  • Provide guidance on training requirements relating to commercial processes.

  • Ensure high standards of communication and service delivery across country organisations and stakeholder groups.

  • Ensure reporting of technical complaints, adverse events or special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Support distribution of marketing samples where applicable.

What we are looking for
  • Strong experience in analytics, insights, commercial excellence, marketing operations or a related area.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders at the same time.

  • Experience working with brand, marketing, sales operations, technical or digital teams.

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, estimation, delivery tracking and risk management.

  • Ability to translate data and insights into clear business recommendations.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable working in a matrix environment across local, regional and global teams.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality outputs.

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues early and drive solutions.

  • Experience in healthcare, pharma or a regulated environment would be advantageous.
