The Opportunity:

Hamilton Lane is hiring a Senior Associate to serve as Client Solutions Sales Management Support within Client Solutions (CS) in our Sydney office.

In this role, you will report to the Global Head of Client Solutions and will be responsible for assisting on the sales strategy for the Client Solutions Team. You will be responsible for identifying sales execution best practices and rolling out these initiatives to the global team.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Work closely with the leadership of Client Solutions to identify areas where sales processes can be identified and improved.

  • Assist in developing sales execution best practices.

  • Review the existing pipeline management for both DealCloud and Salesforce and identify ways that the team can continuously improve.

  • Partner in the production of the product pitchbooks, to ensure that the ‘sale’ of the product is presented in the most effective way.

  • Contribute in a strategic capacity to ensure that the Client Solutions strategy goals are being delivered for the business.

  • Partner with the Client Solutions lead to ensure that the strategy progress is documented and regularly updated to the Executive Group.

  • Coordinate with the regional leaders to produce concise and useful regional sales plans.

  • Identify other widely used materials for standardization and create a process by which to share broadly across platform.

  • In addition to the management assistance, this role will provide sales back up to the Sydney institutional team, whilst the team is short staffed due to maternity leave.

Your background will include:

  • 8+ years of relevant professional work experience; work history in marketing or sales enablement roles preferred.

  • Strong understanding of financial marketing compliance requirements and needs.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • A high attention to detail.

  • Ability to continually review and optimize workflows.

  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability effectively delegate work, ensure accountability, and collaborate with multiple teams.

  • Experience with sales management systems (CRMs).

  • University degree (B.A., B.S., or B.B.A)
