The Role:
DailyPay is looking for a Senior Associate, Corporate Communications who can thrive in a fast-paced environment for the industry-leader in the fastest growing field in Fintech/Worktech. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications, this position will play a vital role as the company expands its worktech technology platform.
You will be supporting internal communications to ensure transparent communications among employees; supporting executive communications to gear our executive leadership team to ensure consistency and supporting regulatory communications to align company positioning.

How You Will Make an Impact:
- Work with the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications to collaborate with cross-functional teams-Marketing, PR, Public Policy, People Operations, and Executive Leadership-to execute and amplify corporate messaging. Ensure internal and external communications are aligned, consistent, and reflect the company's goals and values
- Support the development and execution of communication plans for various initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders to create clear, impactful documentation and communications for program/process rollouts and ongoing support
- Act as the liaison to People Operations, ensuring clear and consistent communication of key updates across the organization. Write internal Slack messages, announcements, and emails, while managing communications calendars and coordinating initiatives
- Partner with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to develop communication strategies for heritage months and other events that promote inclusivity, celebrate diversity, and align with company values. Manage timelines, approvals, and execution to ensure impact
- Support company-wide Town Halls, developing executive messaging, talking points, and content that drives employee engagement
- Manage the Internal Communications Playbook, overseeing the integration and coordination of all internal communication channels
What You Bring to The Team:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- 1+ years in corporate or internal communications, including: investor relations management and crisis communications support
- Exceptional writing, positioning, and messaging skills
- Experience with stakeholder management across different levels of an organization
- Ability to partner, learn, and understand business context quickly
- Detail-oriented, proactive attitude, relentless pursuit of excellence

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
