The Role

Our highly distinguished Commercial Litigation practice has a rare opportunity for a Senior Associate to join the Sydney team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with the partners and other senior practitioners within the team to run and manage high profile and complex commercial disputes in a range of areas. Specifically, your key matters will involve significant corporate litigation, class actions, representative proceedings and other regulatory investigations undertaken by Australian regulatory bodies, including ASIC.  You will also be involved in providing our clients with key advice and assistance in conducting internal enquiries and responding to regulatory investigations into a range of issues.

You will be responsible for overseeing and mentoring junior lawyers and paralegals, providing guidance as required and ensuring the production of high quality and technically accurate work.

On a day to day basis you will work as part of a commercial, collaborative and dynamic team that delivers exceptional results for clients and at the same time focusses on the importance of achieving a good work-life balance and professional satisfaction.
