The Associate Networking Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for ensuring that client solution requirements are resolved in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
This role performs configurations, actions installations and attends to break/fix events.
This role works towards associate to professional level certification, whilst at the same time developing business knowledge.
At least 3 years of post-qualification IT experience and 2 years IT experience in installation and/or operation of IT security equipment.
Job description
- Handle installation tasks and resolve technical issues during project delivery.
- Troubleshoot problems and escalate more complex cases when needed.
- Support documentation for installations, fixes, and operational handover.
- Maintain basic project admin tasks such as time capture and stakeholder updates.
- Deliver simple presentations
- Follow best practices across relevant technologies.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- High diploma (or equivalent) in IT, Computing, or related field.
- Around 3 years in technical implementation engineering, focused on networking.
- Professional certifications in networking (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNP, JNCIP, ACMP).
- Experience in routing, switching, wireless, SDI distribution, and troubleshooting across core/access networks.
- Solid foundation in project coordination and technical administration.
- Strong learning mindset and proactive, hands-on approach.
- Clear verbal communication and strong client service orientation.
