Join our high-performing Oncology team as Senior Brand Manager, LORVIQUA, and take the commercial lead on a priority lung cancer brand with significant momentum and ambition. This fixed-term parental leave opportunity offers the chance to step into a pivotal role, lead an experienced cross-functional team and make a real impact for patients living with lung cancer.
  • As Senior Brand Manager, you will lead the Australian commercial strategy and execution for LORVIQUA (lorlatinib), working across a highly competitive and rapidly evolving lung cancer landscape. You will be responsible for maintaining momentum behind the brand, translating customer and market insights into clear priorities, and ensuring strong execution of the operating plan.
  • You will lead the LORVIQUA cross-functional team, partnering closely with Medical, Access & Value, Sales and other key functions to deliver against business objectives and budget expectations. You will also build meaningful relationships with external stakeholders, including KOLs, HCOs and PAGs. This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen and scientific curiosity, combined with the ability to quickly step into an established brand and make an impact.

  • Own the LORVIQUA operating plan, forecasts and performance monitoring, identifying opportunities and risks early and adapting plans where required.
  • Manage the direct marketing expense budget, using ROI and performance insights to optimise investment and resource allocation.
  • Build strong and meaningful relationships with external customers and stakeholders, including KOLs, HCOs and PAGs within the lung cancer community.
  • Partner closely with Medical, Access & Value, Sales and other functions to ensure an integrated approach to LORVIQUA strategy and execution.
  • Maintain strong awareness of the evolving lung cancer landscape, competitor activity, clinical data and customer needs, translating these into implications and actions for the brand.
  • Adhere strictly to Pfizer compliance policies and procedures, YRR requirements and the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.
  • Contribute to a team culture that values high performance, collaboration, innovation, accountability and sharing of best practice.
