ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Senior Brand Manager, you’ll be a driving force in the transformation of the brand.  You’ll work with a high-performing matrix style team, nurturing a culture of curiosity, originality, and accountability.

In this role you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of global campaign strategies for key brand categories with the goal of growing and strengthening customer connection, impacting market presence, and driving commercial results.  

This role brings Typo’s strategy to life through compelling storytelling and globally scalable campaign frameworks. It balances global consistency with local relevance, working closely with regional and cross-functional teams across the business.

You will lead the end-to-end development of global go to market campaigns, translate brand strategy into actional marketing plans, work with customer insights/data/research and guide the development of instore and online communication and content.  

Come make an impact in this 12 month maternity leave contract.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE


•    Extensive experience in brand/category marketing across omnichannel environments
•    Demonstrated experience developing and executing global campaigns with local adaptability
•    Strong understanding of customer insights, data-led marketing, and creative strategy
•    Proven ability to lead go-to-market processes and manage cross-functional stakeholders within a matrix environment
•    Commercial acumen with the ability to balance creativity and performance
•    Exceptional communication and leadership skills
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
•    Agile, solutions-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
•    Experience in stationery, lifestyle or travel goods industries (desirable, not essential)
