Role Overview:

The Senior Brand Partnerships Manager will be responsible for marketing, facilitating, and delivering market-leading integration solutions for clients. Key responsibilities aligned to driving incredible success within the Brand Partnerships function will include but are not limited to driving impressive growth, cross-platform partnership integration and management, driving key stakeholder/ partner/ crew management and meticulous delivery of go-to-market assets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with partners to understand their goals and the wider market opportunities.
  • Drive & facilitate revenue growth for the content partnerships vertical.
  • Set ambitious goals and overdeliver.
  • Managing and inspiring team of commercially minded Editors, content creatives and partnership exec.
  • Pitch, close and manage new and existing partnerships
  • Represent the Finder brand in market
  • Build incredible brand and client professional and personal relationships. 
  • Ensuring we are part of the briefing process for our targeted Brand Partnerships.
  • Be creative with ideas, delivery and identify/ go after opportunities, always.
  • Setting highest of standards across direct client liaison, negotiation and management and reporting.
  • Work with key internal stakeholders across Client Services, Social, Publishing & Editorial, and PR to identify / create opportunities and deliver on client briefs
  • Create next level presentations and other collateral that draws on the solutions that will deliver on the expected outcomes
  • Understand audience segments on Finder and ensure that brands can communicate via different ways (eg video, display, social, content etc) with these audiences.
  • Influencing on commercial pricing and packages.

  • Seek expert status around content and marketing channels
  • A truly creative and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to Influence key stakeholders (both external and internal)
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills

  • Deliver only the next level
