We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a critical Offer to Cash end-to-end transformation workstream. This role will be key in advising and influencing stakeholders across the workstream, ensuring that business requirements and process improvements are aligned with the strategic outcomes and benefits of the program.
In addition, this role works with the Lead Business Analyst and workstream stakeholders to capture and manage requirements, design process models, write and provide input to functional designs and manage test execution for the future ERP solution and the systems integrating with it.
Key Accountabilities:
- Execute the development of business processes, requirements, and dependencies, identifying areas for improvement and investigating complex problems across the end-to-end workstream.
- Drive traceability of requirements through to test cases across the workstream and its sub-streams.
- Design comprehensive end-to-end process maps and validate them with process owners.
- Author and contribute to functional design documentation for systems integrating with the future ERP.
- Manage and coordinate test execution to ensure solutions meet quality and business expectations.
- Advise and collaborate with workstream stakeholders through business forums and workshops to build a shared understanding of business processes and systems, and to identify requirements.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables by applying business analysis standards, practices, and toolsets effectively.
- Act as a change champion by leveraging change management practices to communicate key initiative information across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in process mapping and business process reengineering.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of BABOK principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in business analysis activities including feasibility assessment, requirements definition and management, acceptance testing, data modelling and design, and business process improvement.
- Customer-focused mindset with a drive for excellence and purposeful delivery.
- Track record of successful planning and delivery within complex projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business language, build rapport, and influence stakeholders.
