Global Technology Solutions (GTS) at ResMed is a division dedicated to creating innovative, scalable, and secure platforms and services for patients, providers, and people across ResMed. The primary goal of GTS is to accelerate well-being and growth by transforming the core, enabling patient, people, and partner outcomes, and building future-ready operations.

The strategy of GTS focuses on aligning goals and promoting collaboration across all organizational areas. This includes fostering shared ownership, developing flexible platforms that can easily scale to meet global demands, and implementing global standards for key processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.

Resmed changes lives by developing, manufacturing and distributing innovative medical devices and cloud-based software solutions to better diagnose, treat, and manage sleep-disordered breathing, COPD, and other key chronic diseases. As part of our ongoing transformation, the Resmed Supply Chain is evolving to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and increase capacity.

The primary role of the Global Technology Solutions (GTS) function is to enable business outcomes through the analysis, design, delivery, and ongoing support of enterprise technology solutions aligned to business and regulatory requirements.

Within this context, the Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in translating complex business needs into fit-for-purpose, compliant system solutions. • Leads cooperative efforts across cross-functional project teams, including business, GTS, and vendor resources.

  • Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
