A bit about your role

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading the development and analysis of detailed, user-centric business requirements. The role involves working closely with technical teams to maximise system capabilities, drive organisational efficiency, and implement innovative technology solutions.

The role is accountable for leading workshops and interviews to gather business requirements, proposing Salesforce solutions, and collaborating with technical teams. They manage technology implementation projects within an Agile framework, analyze business data for trends, develop dashboards and reports, and identify strategic solutions to improve business processes. Additionally, they build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

A bit about you

You have significant experience in business analysis, data analysis, and project management, as well as Salesforce, DocuSign, and Case Management systems. You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and have experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau and Power BI. You have demonstrable knowledge of business improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.

You possess key skills including communication, problem-solving, analysis, self-management, change management and risk management. This role could be a great fit for you if you are proactive, innovative, and passionate about driving business transformation.
