Your new role

You will play a critical part in shaping early-stage solutions, mapping high-level business needs to PolicyCenter capabilities, and driving clarity in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, create living documentation in Confluence and Jira, and help lay the foundation for scalable, cloud-native insurance operations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders of all seniority levels.
  • Produce high-quality project documentation in alignment with company policies and methodologies.
  • Analyse workflows to create process maps and identify areas for potential improvement.
  • Derive trends, conclusions, and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Solve business problems by understanding root causes and driving improvements through qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Develop business requirements to design and document desired outcomes for system enhancements and development.

About You

You have extensive experience working with Claims Center, demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities and capabilities, along with exposure to business process engineering where you have analysed and redesigned workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you possess significant commercial analysis experience, a strong background in data analysis, and hands-on experience in process mapping, enabling you to derive meaningful insights, identify patterns, and support data-driven decision-making processes.

You will have:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale enterprise transformation programs involving Guidewire.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter, including product model, policy lifecycle, underwriting, and rating.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous, early-stage project environments, with a strong discovery mindset.
  • Experience working in discovery squads or agile delivery teams, shaping requirements and MVPs from high-level business needs.
  • Strong capability in mapping legacy system functionality to Guidewire features and identifying functional gaps.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, including creating living documentation and linking requirements to user stories.
