Your responsibilities

  • Work with impacted stakeholders to perform deep dive gap analysis on the As-Is and To-Be states, enabling effective review by project teams and stakeholders.

  • Analyse and map process flows, domain models, system data flows, and associated life cycle events to determine and manage transition to the target state.
  • Elicit, prepare, and generate business requirements (functional and non-functional) in the form of epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, clearly articulating these to developers, testers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Use formal modelling techniques to represent business requirements.
  • Liaise with counterparts in related internal project/domain teams to understand dependencies, constraints, and associated requirements, and agree upon and deliver solutions.
  • Review and contribute to specific test scenarios and the overall Test Strategy.
  • Liaise with IT solution providers (internal & external) on project progress and problem resolution.
  • Assume cross-functional responsibilities when needed, such as running project coordination, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
  • Work with Release Management to ensure a smooth implementation and transition phase.
  • Contribute to change management activities and prepare training artefacts to enable stakeholders to apply changes introduced by delivered business requirements.
  • Conduct peer review of business analysis artefacts to ensure quality and alignment to framework.
  • Produce high-quality business analysis deliverables using relevant techniques and tools in line with the ASX delivery framework.
  • Be an active member of the BA Community of Practice (CoP).
