We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as the Senior Business Analyst, reporting to the Executive Manager, RSP Technology Success.
A bit about your role
The Business Analyst works within the SEO Customer & Products RSPE Portfolio Team to manage end‑to‑end requirements for nbn and RSP-led initiatives focused on improving RSP experience and interactions.
The role requires strong telco business analysis expertise, understanding of connect and assure processes, RSP channels, and scaled agile practices.
Key responsibilities include engaging stakeholders, eliciting and maintaining requirements, translating business needs into capabilities and epics, supporting roadmap development, collaborating closely with RSPs, product owners, architects, and delivery teams, and contributing to planning, testing, and release readiness.
The position regularly interfaces with senior leaders across nbn and RSPs to ensure technology and processes effectively support shared business goals.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on OSS/BSS solutions in the telecommunications sector.
They bring strong domain knowledge, including experience with major network or technology rollout projects, nbn platforms such as Salesforce, Portals, Comptel, Remedy and APIs, as well as expertise in carrier‑grade Ethernet, VDSL and GPON technologies.
The role also requires solid agile and scaled‑agile development experience, along with strong communication, facilitation, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills, supported by a pragmatic and practical approach to business collaboration.
