About the Role
As Business Development Manager - Strategic Partnerships, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our strategic partnerships by integrating our technology into third-party solutions.
You'll be at the forefront of Lansweeper's growth strategy, identifying where the greatest opportunities lie and turning them into meaningful partnerships.
This role is not just about hunting for new business; it's about building trusted relationships, crafting win-win solutions, and ensuring a seamless path to closure.
In this high-impact role, you will:• Spot opportunities: Analyze market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify high-potential OEM partnerships, particularly in the cybersecurity sector.
• Strategize for success: Work collaboratively to design strategies for deal closure, ensuring they align with both Lansweeper's goals and customer needs.
• Be a trusted advisor: Build relationships based on trust, providing expert guidance to partners and stakeholders on how Lansweeper can add value to their solutions.
• Drive results: Prospect, research, and engage with potential customers to drive growth and expand Lansweeper's footprint.
• Collaborate for impact: Work closely with internal teams to develop business cases, validate product requirements, and ensure successful adoption and implementation of solutions.
• Flexibility and adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities and goals.
• Focus on outcomes: A results-driven mindset with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets and KPIs.
• Customer-focused approach: Exceptional ability to identify and understand customer pain points, aligning partner objectives with Lansweeper's capabilities to deliver value-driven solutions. Unravel business value: Present and articulate complex technical solutions in a way that highlights their strategic business value.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an ambitious, self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You're an entrepreneurial thinker with a knack for creating value and forging partnerships.
You'll excel if you have:
• +10 years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships in tech companies• Expertise in cybersecurity and a strong network in the industry
• Solid technical knowledge and the ability to understand and articulate complex IT and cybersecurity concepts• Strong business acumen and the ability to craft and deliver compelling value propositions.• Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals and building long-term strategic partnerships, Extensive experience in the OEM space, with a history of embedding technology into third-party products and solutions to drive mutual value and strategic growth• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills• A passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional results
