We are looking for a high-performing Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate growth and expand our Wholesale business. This is a true hunter role—focused on winning new business, opening doors, and closing high-value deals across domestic and international markets.
You will take ownership of building a strong pipeline, developing strategic relationships, and converting opportunities into revenue. This role suits someone who thrives on competition, is driven by results, and consistently delivers above target.
Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will engage directly with customers and partners both locally and globally, with regular domestic and international travel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify, target, and win new business across wholesale markets
• Build, own, and convert a high-quality sales pipeline
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and close high-value deals
• Establish and grow senior-level relationships with key customers and global partners
• Leverage market intelligence to inform pricing and commercial strategy
• Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline discipline
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver winning customer solutions

Let’s talk about you

  • Proven success in a hunter-style business development or sales role
  • Experience in domestic wholesale telecommunications; international exposure highly regarded
  • Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving measurable growth
  • Expertise in both consultative solution selling and transactional sales
  • Commercially astute, with strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
  • Highly resilient, competitive, and performance-driven
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills in a target-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
