As a Senior Campaign Analyst - Operations, you will be responsible for facilitating and consulting on the overall campaign process for Qantas Frequent Flyer Members and Qantas customers across a variety of program/ product initiatives, via multiple marketing channels.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining multiple data flows, channels and campaigns. Streamlining our internal processes, focusing on making our systems as seamless and friction-free as possible for the whole team.

You will act as a subject matter expert in data, workflows, process automation and optimizations across different campaign systems. You will be able to work autonomously or in a team to provide recommendations and solutions to your stakeholders, with continuous improvement being a key part of this role.

 What You’ll Bring:

  • 5 + Years’ experience in Campaign Operations/ Campaign Management
  • Advanced skills with SQL and large-scale relational databases
  • You’ll keep a pulse on our current workflows, always looking for creative ways to fine-tune our operations and drive continuous improvements that make our day-to-day work more efficient
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to internal and external teams across analytics and marketing
  • You’ll act as the vital link between our tech and business teams, facilitating the right conversations to surface challenges early and drive toward the best possible solutions together
  • You are the team's conscience when it comes to member privacy and data ethics
  • Identify opportunities to streamline campaigns to provide the greatest efficiencies
  • Understanding of the competitive environment and markets in the Loyalty industry
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Experience in Campaign Management platforms (Adobe Campaign, Teradata, Salesforce etc)
  • Experience in data visualisation and intelligence tools (Alation, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense etc) is highly regarded
