As a Senior Category Customer Analyst, you will play a key role in executing our category strategy at the customer level across Australia and New Zealand. You will support the development of strategic plans, lead category customer activities, and foster strong partnerships with retail customers. Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Analyse category performance and market trends to identify opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans to achieve business objectives
- Support the development of customer-facing strategies and presentations to drive sales and growth
- Provide insights and recommendations to inform product launches and range reviews
- Work with stakeholders to develop and implement plans to optimise product distribution and shelf layout
- Analyse data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Develop and maintain tools and processes to support category management and business growth
About you:
- Experience in Category Management, Shopper Insights, Key Account Management, or Sales-related functions, with a strong commercial acumen
- Experience in the FMCG industry
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in data analysis and insights
- Experience with systems such as Nielsen/IRI Scan/Panel, Demantra, JDA, Tableau, Quantium, or Dunnhumby
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Action-focused mindset with a proven ability to deliver in complex environments
- Full working rights and eligibility to work in Australia and/or New Zealand
