About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Change Communications Manager to support the development and delivery of changes and initiatives that enable simpler, safer and better security, resilience and reliability for our customers.
This role will be critical to progress our goal of One Voice of Security across the Group as a strategic communications objective, working with senior leaders. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable to develop and execute multiple internal awareness and engagement campaigns, leveraging various communication methods and channels, and use metrics to gauge and report on success and drive continuous improvement.
As part of the OCM Chapter the role may also support change initiatives to design and deliver high quality change approaches and interventions that ensure organisational change is effective and sustained. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies and plans to manage the people impact of changes, including all communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver large-scale internal communications campaigns, including stakeholder analysis, communications and messaging development, engagement tactics, activity and timeline planning aligned to milestones.
Create and manage strategic communications, using various methods across multiple channels, to progress our One Voice of Security goal.
Support change initiatives by conducting detailed Change Impact Assessments reflecting the impact of change on our people, our business and the Group.
Develop and deliver fit-for-purpose change strategies and interventions, including stakeholder engagement, communication collateral, training materials, presentations and reference material.
Leverage metrics and data to demonstrate the value-add of OCM and inform continuous improvement opportunities.
Collaborate across the Change Management Chapter Area and Practice to drive knowledge sharing, learning, and problem-solving.
Act as a key business partner and trusted voice to provide responsive, effective, accurate, and timely change and communications advice to senior leaders.
Key Skills and Experiences:
Experience creating and managing strategic communications and the ability to translate technical content in a simple, clear fashion.
Experience working with senior stakeholders, including the confidence to respectfully challenge to align to strategic objectives and deliver the best experience for our people.
Ability to measure and report success of activity through tracking appropriate metrics and make recommendations to content owners to improve content and conversion rates.
End-to-end Organisational Change Management skills, including conducting Change Impact Assessments and the creation and delivery of change strategies and approaches.
High level of comfort with ambiguity and the ability to navigate unclear situations to reach desired outcomes.
Previous experience within CBA is highly advantageous.
