Atlassian is looking for a Senior Channel Partner Program Manager, Incentive Programs
Your future team
Atlassian's Channel community is growing and we are looking for amazing TEAM members to help us take our Channel Incentive programs portfolio to the next level. You will be an important part of the Global Channel Incentive Programs team for Atlassian. As a team member, you will develop the direction and roadmap for a set of partner incentive programs at Atlassian along with creating, executing, managing and optimizing programs for Partners (Solution Partners, Integrators, & Aggregators) globally. You will work our teams, and regional teams to develop and implement the programs that incentivizes our Channel Partners and drives company goals.
You have a diverse skill set, including experience working with executive leadership, and financial abilities. We are looking for a track record in cross-team collaboration & program management, forecasting, and execution capabilities. There will be a balance of process thinking, creative ideas, and rolling up the sleeves to resolve tactical issues. Being flexible is important in challenging the status quo to reinvent current processes. You will report into Rick Geer, the Head of Channel Incentive Programs.
In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with teams and partners to help identify, design, and implement the programs and business processes necessary to implement a successful set of channel partner incentives for Atlassian globally.
  • Identify strategies, designs, and program structures to accelerate and improve Partner growth of Atlassian product sales and service offerings.
  • Develop the landing and execution plan that ensures the long-term success of the programs.
  • Establish and maintain regular metrics reviews to improve efficiency in cost, use and maintain compliance to meet the requirements of the program
  • Collaborate with teams to build channel partner and internal program documents to identify the benefits, terms and conditions, rules of engagement, and marketing collateral that supports programs globally.
  • Manage the partner and our teams' feedback on the program once launched and implement a roadmap for optimization.
  • Collaborate to lead the requirements of the systems necessary to support the program with the partner experience in mind.


Your background:

  • 6+ years experience in related channel programs or channel marketing/sales experience with industry vertical market expertise in either Public Sector, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Financial Services.
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or equivalent experience.
  • A understanding of Channel Partner business models and what roles Partners can play to help solution, sell, and add services with software and SaaS products.
  • Experience in a global software or cloud organization.
  • The ability to design and build a portfolio of programs for external Channel Partners using requirements and rewards to lead a motivational behavior in consideration of Atlassian's Channel strategy.
  • Ability working with executive leadership internally and with channel partners. We are looking for a track record in messaging/positioning, program management, and broad execution capabilities. A requirement is to motivate, leverage, and manage our teams on a project basis to accomplish the program strategy.
  • Experience driving business plans, financial models, and data & analytics to justify programs and roadmap.
  • Partner communications experience through partner portals, social, email.
  • A desire to communicate through dashboards, reports, and charts to communicate and inform your team on progress of initiatives.
  • Experience leading channel programs and teams, but also are open to learning how to be successful in Atlassian's unique business model.


Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn, we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $163,100 - $217,400
Zone B: $146,800 - $195,700
Zone C: $135,400 - $180,500
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
