Job Description

Within the boutique, your main mission will be to contribute to its commercial success by delivering an exceptional and highly personalized customer experience, driving client development and achieving business objectives in line with Audemars Piguet's standards, values and retail vision.

As part of Audemars Piguet's first official boutique in Australia, you will play a key role in building long-term relationships with clients, developing new business opportunities and contributing to the growth and desirability of the brand in the market.

In this context, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire client journey, from sales to after-sales services
  • Managing and developing a portfolio of high-potential and top-tier clients while actively identifying new business opportunities
  • Building long-term client relationships through best-in-class clienteling and personalized engagement
  • Contributing to client acquisition and supporting the development of the boutique's client base
  • Applying advanced selling techniques and providing expert guidance across complex product and client situations
  • Maintaining in-depth product knowledge and ensuring accurate communication on products, services and after-sales processes
  • Monitoring and managing the client database (CRM) to support client development, engagement and data quality
  • Coordinating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and consistent client experience
  • Supporting boutique performance through the achievement of individual sales targets and contribution to overall business objectives
  • Participating actively in boutique events, client activations and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and client engagement
  • Contributing to stock management, merchandising standards and operational excellence within the boutique
  • Providing guidance, coaching and knowledge sharing to Client Consultants, supporting their development in selling techniques, product knowledge and client experience
  • Acting as a role model on the sales floor by demonstrating best practices in client engagement, CRM discipline and brand representation
  • Maintaining a professional image and upholding the highest standards of presentation, service and operational compliance at all times

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality, including supervisory or team leadership responsibilities
  • Proven experience in a senior client-facing role within a luxury environment
  • Strong client-centric mindset with experience engaging HNW or VIC clientele
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and support the performance of others
  • Strong sales and business acumen with the ability to contribute to commercial performance and deliver results
  • Experience in client development, clienteling and relationship management within a luxury environment
  • Leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate, influence and support high-performing teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and build strong relationships
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with retail tools and CRM systems
